Plan Ahead: For special occasions or gifts, we recommend selecting a delivery date 1–2 days before your event. Early delivery gives us time to address any unexpected issues and ensures your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

Friday & Saturday Deliveries: We suggest Tuesday–Thursday delivery for the smoothest experience, as weekend shipping has limited courier support in some areas.

Freshness Tips: Our flowers come direct from the farm and are long-lasting. Check out our Bloom Care page for simple tips to keep your blooms looking their best.

We’ve Got You: If your flowers arrive less than perfect, we’ll ship a replacement on the next available date. Your joy and satisfaction are our top priority!
