What can you expect from a Rooted in Bloom Experience?
Expect premium, seasonal arrangements designed for effortless elegance, modern or classic styling. Each delivery includes a curated note card and protective, recyclable packaging; vases are not included by design so you can style your way. You’ll receive a heads-up before delivery, easy self-serve controls to skip or pause. Pricing is transparent, so bringing joy and calm to your space is simple and consistent.
How frequently will my flowers be delivered?
With our subscription, you can choose the cadence that fits your life. You can select the best delivery schedule that suits you or your recipient — bi-weekly, monthly, or special occasions. You’ll select your delivery window at checkout, and we’ll email details the week of your order. Whether you prefer flowers once a month or something in between, we’ve got you covered!
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time after your first order. For month-to-month plans, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date; we recommend doing so at least three days prior so we don’t begin prepping your stems. Prepaid plans (3/6/12 months) are discounted and non-refundable, but you may pause, skip, or gift any remaining deliveries. Simply do this online through your subscription management dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
